Baby swimming classes (0-1 years)
Is your little one between 3 months and 1 year old? Then come and join our baby swimming sessions!
During these fun group lessons, you and your baby can splash, play, and swim in pleasantly warm water at around 30 degrees. Through play, your baby learns how to enjoy and move in the water. They also learn to float and feel safe in the pool.
You swim together with other parents and babies of the same age. When your child turns one, you move on to the toddler swimming classes. These lessons focus on fun and development, but do not include official swimming certificates.

For one or two (grand)parents with a child aged 3 months to 1 year. You can start baby swimming when the baby is able to maintain its body temperature and has received the first vaccination. It is advisable to discuss this in advance with a professional.

You can easily buy your ticket online through the the ticket shop. If this does not work, you can also buy a ticket at the information desk. If you want to be sure you can take part, order your ticket online in advance.

- As a parent or caregiver, you go into the water with your child.
- Please do not feed your baby in the 30 minutes before the lesson. This helps prevent vomiting during the session.
- You can change clothes in the large changing room (marked on the door) or in the family cabins at the end of each row of regular changing rooms.
- Changing mats are available in the pool area.
- Strollers are not allowed in the pool area. You can leave them in the beauty room. A maxi-cosi is allowed.
- Two family members may watch the lesson for free.
