The name says it all: running in water. During the AquaRunning group class, you perform a running motion in chest-deep water while wearing a ‘wetbelt’ (a flotation belt). In addition to endurance and sprint training, the class includes a variety of strength exercises targeting the legs, arms, core, or a combination of all three. The water’s resistance helps build muscle strength, making AquaRunning not only effective for injury recovery, but also for preventing future injuries.

You can easily order your ticket in the ticket shop. If you’re unable to order online, you can also purchase a ticket at our information desk. To ensure you can join an activity, we recommend booking your ticket online in advance.

Have you bought a ticket but can’t unexpectedly participate in the swimming activity? Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your ticket. However, you can easily reschedule your ticket via the ticket shop to a different date or time. Tickets can only be moved to the same type of activity and can be rescheduled up to 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
- Log in to your account on the ticket shop
- Go to: ‘Mijn activiteiten’. There you’ll see your purchased tickets
- Select the ticket you want to change and click ‘Datum wijzigen’
- Choose a new date and time
- Click ‘Bijwerken’
Have you bought multiple tickets and want to reschedule them all at once to the same date and time? You can select them together and update them in one go.
