Want to improve your fitness and technique? Try joining an AquaTrim session!
During this class, you’ll work on your fitness, strength, flexibility, and swimming technique under the guidance of a qualified instructor. From freestyle to butterfly, all strokes are covered.
AquaTrim starts with a few minutes of warm-up swimming, where everyone can choose their own pace and stroke. After that, you’ll continue with various exercises and training equipment. The instructor will give you individual tips and tricks. We make sure each session includes enough variety to keep you challenged.
AquaTrim is suitable for all levels, from beginners to more experienced swimmers! You can perform the exercises at your own pace and intensity. By joining an AquaTrim class, you’ll experience the following benefits:

You can easily order your ticket in the ticket shop. If you’re unable to order online, you can also purchase a ticket at our information desk. To ensure you can join an activity, we recommend booking your ticket online in advance.

Have you bought a ticket but can’t unexpectedly participate in the swimming activity? Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your ticket. However, you can easily reschedule your ticket via the ticket shop to a different date or time. Tickets can only be moved to the same type of activity and can be rescheduled up to 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
- Log in to your account on the ticket shop
- Go to: ‘Mijn activiteiten’. There you’ll see your purchased tickets
- Select the ticket you want to change and click ‘Datum wijzigen’
- Choose a new date and time
- Click ‘Bijwerken’
Have you bought multiple tickets and want to reschedule them all at once to the same date and time? You can select them together and update them in one go.
