New ticket shop Geusseltbad

Good news for all visitors to Geusseltbad: our ticket shop and customer portal just got a fresh upgrade!

Whether you swim laps weekly, enjoy the recreational pool, or have children attending swimming lessons — everything just became a lot easier starting today.

With the new system, your visit to Geusseltbad will be even more enjoyable:

  • Super-fast online ticket purchases
  • Easy access — scan your ticket at the gates
  • Personal customer portal — all your tickets and details conveniently in one place
  • Improved student tracking system — easily follow your child’s swimming progress online

What should I do?

  • You’ll receive an email from us to create an account in the new ticket shop. Important: log in using the same email address you last used in the ticket shop. Didn’t receive the email? First check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact info [at] maastrichtsport.nl (info[at]maastrichtsport[dot]nl).
  • You can keep using your current swim pass. It just needs to be scanned once at the information desk. Haven’t had your swim pass scanned yet? Make sure to stop by the desk on your next visit and have it scanned.

Good to know

  • You can easily order your ticket in the ticket shop.

    If you’re unable to order online, you can also purchase a ticket at our information desk. To ensure you can join an activity, we recommend booking your ticket online in advance.

  • Have you bought a ticket but can’t unexpectedly participate in the swimming activity? Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your ticket. However, you can easily reschedule your ticket via the ticket shop to a different date or time. Tickets can only be moved to the same type of activity and can be rescheduled up to 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

    1. Log in to your account on the ticket shop
    2. Go to: ‘Mijn activiteiten’. There you’ll see your purchased tickets
    3. Select the ticket you want to change and click ‘Datum wijzigen’
    4. Choose a new date and time
    5. Click ‘Bijwerken’

    Have you bought multiple tickets and want to reschedule them all at once to the same date and time? You can select them together and update them in one go.

  • You can easily extend or top up your card by purchasing a new one in the ticket shop. The entries from the new card will automatically be added to your existing card. Your old entries will be used first. The new ones will only start once the old entries have been used up.
