General terms and conditions tickets and cards

These general terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of single tickets and multiple tickets.

Ticket shop

  • Tickets in the ticket shop can be paid for using iDEAL | Wero, credit card, or bancontact.

    • Other promotions and/or discount offers do not apply to the purchased admission ticket
    • It is prohibited to gain access to the pool using a discounted ticket or promotional offer that does not apply to the customer. In the event of abuse, a general access ban to the entire Geusseltbad will be imposed for a period to be determined.

Tickets

    • The customer is responsible for printing the ticket or bringing it on a mobile device to the Geusseltbad and ensuring that it is clearly legible. The ticket must be scanned at the entrance gates to gain access to the pool.
    • The QR code on the ticket grants single-use access to the premises and cannot be used multiple times.
    • Tickets are valid only for the selected swimming activity.
    • Tickets will expire after the stated validity period.
    • Tickets are non-refundable, and their validity cannot be extended or modified.
    • Cancellation of the ticket is not possible. Tickets may be rescheduled to a different date, but only for the same swimming activity.
    • Group lessons may be rescheduled by the customer up to 5 minutes prior to the start of the class, provided it is to the same type of lesson at a later time.
    • Private swimming lessons may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. This can be done via the customer’s account in the webshop.

Card with multiple entries

    • Card with 25 entries
    • Card with 50 entries
    • Access to the pool is only permitted with a valid reservation.
    • A card with multiple entries grants access to the pool during scheduled sessions for recreational swimming, family swimming, warm water swimming, and lane swimming as listed on the timetable.
    • Deviations from the regular schedule may occur during school holidays, public holidays, or for the purpose of (swimming) sports and competitions. These changes will be communicated in a timely manner via our website and social media channels.
    • Card with 25 entries: valid for 7 months from the date of purchase.
    • Card with 50 entries: valid for 13 months from the date of purchase.
    • While these cards are issued on a personal basis, they may be used by multiple persons.
    • Please refer to the current rates for the card with multiple entries at www.geusseltbad.nl/en/rates
    • A one-time fee of €5.00 is required for the issuance of the card. The card then becomes the property of the customer.
    • A replacement card can be requested at our information desk at a cost of €5.00. In that case, your old card will be blocked and any remaining entries will be transferred to your new card.
    • Remaining credit will not be refunded after the expiration of the validity period.
    • Cards with multiple entries will not be extended.

Card with multiple entries for healthcare swimming

    • Card with 10 entries
    • Card with 25 entries
    • Card with 50 entries

  • The card with multiple entries for healthcare swimming is valid exclusively for the lessons/hours for which the customer is registered.

    • Card with 10 entries: valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
    • Card with 25 entries: valid for 13 months from the date of purchase.
    • Card with 50 entries: valid for 26 months from the date of purchase.

  • While these cards are issued on a personal basis, they may be used by multiple persons. Please note: the card with multiple entries for healthcare swimming is only valid during the scheduled hours of your designated swimming group and may only be used during those times.

    • A one-time fee of €5.00 is required for the issuance of the card. The card then becomes the property of the customer.

House rules

  • When visiting the Geusseltbad, you are required to comply with the house rules. Please refer to the house rules at www.geusseltbad.nl/en/houserules.

  • Access to the pool is only permitted with a valid reservation.

  • Upon request by a Geusseltbad staff member, the visitor must be able to present a valid pass.

    • Violation of the house rules may result in the (temporary) confiscation of the card with multiple entries.
    • Serious violations of the house rules may result in the confiscation of the card with multiple entries and denial of access to the facility.
